ELWOOD & Getting Ready for AMA

Elwood
I had the day off and what better place to go than to go visit my Elwood. I jumped in my car early and headed to Melbourne. I had called my sister Kimi who was eager to see Elwood too, so we set up a place to meet as she would be driving from Orlando. Meghan was game to also squeeze in a run to the quilt shop in Rockledge-one big candy store if you love to sew as much as me. Kimi brought along Ashley - The Quilt Shop became our meeting place!
Meghan and I wanted to also add in a lunch at D.I.G. an organic restaurant off Wickham Road, but it was in the opposite direction for Kim to head back to Orlando-so we decided to put DIG on the top on our list for next visit! The five of us did enjoy a nice lunch at Ruby Tuesdays---and of course Elwood was the highlight of the trip!!!
I had just pulled in the drive and it may be a bit stretched--but yes, he was bringing Oma fresh picked flowers!

Oma brought him fresh catch of the day!

And I think he liked it!

Ashley snuck in some hugs and kisses!

So did Aunt Pip!
Elwood was truly a dream child all afternoon!

I had to show  him one of the
heads of my sunflowers from the farm!

It was as big as Elwood and I think it weighed more!

I came back home and was greeted by Jerren and Ama!!

This is how four baby crazy adults spent Memorial Day!
This is a sneak peek at our artwork and design! We can't wait for all to visit to see the end product!!

Ama,-it takes 2-3 pair of glasses for Opa to see and he wears them all at the same time!

Believe me! We had so much fun! And we had to record the progress for Ama!
Time to clean up and enjoy our Memorial Day Feast!
